LLOYD'S® Seasoned & Smoked Center Cut Beef Ribs in Original BBQ Sauce (37.4oz, 2.34LB)

Slow-smoked and seasoned to perfection. Center cut beef ribs in our original signature sauce for the sweet & tangy flavor you love.

- Because ovens, grills and microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
- For ribs that are most tender, we recommend oven baking.

OVEN 50-60 Minutes (If frozen, 75-85 Minutes)
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove ribs from package and place on center of sheet of foil several inches longer than the ribs. Spread sauce over ribs, or save for later.
3. Cover with another sheet of foil. Wrap foil tightly around ribs. Place foil-wrapped ribs in large shallow baking pan. Bake refrigerated ribs 50 to 60 minutes, frozen ribs 75 to 85 minutes or until hot.
Open carefully—HOT STEAM will escape.

GRILL 15-20 Minutes (If frozen, thaw before grilling)
1. Heat charcoal or gas grill. Cut 2 large sheets of heavy-duty* foil twice the length of the ribs, and place on top of each other.
Spray top sheet of foil with cooking spray.
2. Remove ribs from package and place on center of foil.
Spread sauce over ribs, or save for later. Pull foil around ribs, leaving a 1-inch gap in center.
3. Place on grilling rack at the coolest portion of the grill. Cover grill and heat 15 to 20 minutes** or until hot (watch carefully to avoid burning).
*You can use 4 sheets of regular foil placed on top of each other instead of heavy-duty foil.
**Thicker ribs may take up to 10 minutes longer

MICROWAVE 8-10 Minutes (If frozen, thaw before microwaving.)
1. Remove ribs from package.
2. Cut ribs into 3 serving pieces (2-3 ribs each).
3. Place ribs, bone-side down, in a microwave-safe 8x8-inch glass baking dish (overlapping pieces as necessary). Add additional barbeque sauce from package. Cover ribs loosely with plastic wrap.
4. Microwave on HIGH 8-10 minutes or until hot. Let stand 2 minutes. Carefully remove ribs from microwave. Remove plastic film. Careful, HOT STEAM will escape.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where can I purchase? I LOVE these beef back ribs! I love the beef, and cannot eat pork. I used to be able to buy either in Merced, CA Save-Mart stores. Since I moved to Stockton, CA, I cannot fine the beef ones anywhere!! Can you tell what locations I can buy the beef cut regularly in Stockton, CA?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DON'T BUY My mouth was watering thinking of having ribs. Wrong. Worse I have ever had. Too much fat, gristle, and tough. Couldn't even pull it off the bone never mind it falling off the bone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst ever had bought these yesterday and they were more expensive than other competitors, however huge disappointment. FAT FAT and only FAT, barely any meat and huge bones. Don't waste your money. I will go back to my usual cheaper ones- lots of meat falling off those other little bones...from Aldi!
