Ale and Apple Glazed Ham
Break from the traditional turkey this year with a delicious glazed Hormel® Cure 81® ham.
This recipe is recommended for
1 Hormel® Cure 81® Classic Boneless Half sliced ham, sliced
1 (6-ounce) package glaze from spiral ham
1 (12-ounce) bottle MICHELOB® amber bock dark lager beer
1/4 cup apple butter
2 teaspoons Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard
In baking pan, place ham; set glaze packet aside. Pour beer over ham. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Bake ham according to package directions; drain juices from pan.
Prepare glaze packet according to package directions. Stir in apple butter and mustard. Drizzle glaze over ham; let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Place ham on serving platter; garnish as desired.
