INGREDIENTS


  • 6 Slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon- Original
  • 1½ to 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • cup flour
  • 1 (0.4-ounce) package ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 9 chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 400°F. Grease baking sheet.
Cook bacon according to package directions until bacon is just cooked. Coarsely chop bacon.
In shallow bowl, combine bacon, breadcrumbs and cheese.
In shallow bowl, combine flour and ranch seasoning mix. Toss chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg. Press chicken into breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and crunchy and chicken is cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Serve with ranch dressing. Makes 9.
