INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (1.25-pound) package HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Pork Tenderloin
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 8 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Jalapeo Bacon
  • 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 jalapeo peppers, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

DIRECTIONS


1. Season tenderloin with ½ teaspoon salt and pepper. Wrap bacon slices around tenderloin, securing with wooden picks.
2. Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°. Loosely cover and let stand 10 minutes.
3. Add jalapeños to grill; grill 3 minutes on each side or until charred and softened.
4. In food processor, combine remaining ingredients and jalepenos and process until smooth. Slice pork and serve with jalepeno chimuchurri.
