Candied Pecan, Bacon and Apple Butter Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons apple butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • ¼ cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
  • ½ cup glazed pecans, coarsely chopped
  • Assorted crackers and apple slices

DIRECTIONS


1. In bowl, beat together cream cheese, shredded cheese, apple butter and cayenne until combined. Stir in bacon; shape mixture into ball. Refrigerate until firm.
2. Roll cheeseball in pecans just before serving. Serve with crackers and apple slices.
