INGREDIENTS


  • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 16 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® microwave ready bacon
  • ¼ cup butter

DIRECTIONS


  1. Using a rolling pin, roll bread slices to flatten. Place 1 cheese slice over bread and roll up. Wrap 2 bacon slices around each bread roll securing with wooden picks.
  2. In large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add bacon rolls and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
