INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups shredded sweet potato
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained and broken-up
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Sour cream and sweet chili sauce, to serve

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine potato, chicken, oil, flour, green onions and garlic salt, pressing the mixture lightly to help it come together.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-tablespoon size balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly using the back of a spoon. Spray with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until browned. Place under broiler about 2 minutes or until crispy. Serve with sour cream & sweet chili sauce, if desired.
