INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-Fry Oil, divided
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 carrot, sliced diagonally into ¼-inch-thick pieces
  • 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • ⅓ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® General Tso Sauce
  • Hot, cooked rice

DIRECTIONS


1. In large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add chicken. Stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add bell peppers, onion, carrot and water chestnuts. Stir-fry 4 minutes or until crisp and tender.
3. Return chicken to skillet. Add sauce. Cook 2 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve with hot rice.
