Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Guacamole Sandwich

INGREDIENTS


  • 6 slices sourdough bread, toasted and buttered
  • 3 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 (7-ounce) package WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® Spicy dip
  • ½ cup shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon- Original, cooked according to package directions
  • ½ cup shredded aged Gouda cheese

DIRECTIONS


1.      Heat oven to 425°F.
2.      Place 3 slices toast on greased baking sheet. Top each piece with 1 slice Provolone cheese. Spread guacamole on cheese. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Halve bacon slices. Add to sandwiches. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Top with remaining 3 slices toast.
3.      Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 3.
