Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

INGREDIENTS


  • 8 baking potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4-5 Cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ Cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ Cup Minced Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Juice from lemon

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 450°F
2. Thinly slice potatoes, about 1/8 inch thick.
3. Arrange potato slices standing up in round shallow dish. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper.
4. Layer garlic, Parmesan cheese and onions over potatoes.
5. Squeeze juice from lemon over potatoes and drizzle olive oil over potatoes.
6. Bake for 70 to 90 minutes.
