Potato Nugget Nachos

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (32-ounce) package bite size potato nuggets
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® Taco Meats Shredded Beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼  cup diced onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 450°F.
 
2. Arrange potato nuggets in single layer on baking sheet and bake 24 to 26 minutes or until they are heated through.
 
3. Heat taco meat in microwave according to package directions.
 
4. Heat cheese sauce in microwave according to package directions.
 
5. Spread potato nuggets on a serving plate. Top with meat and cheese sauce. Other ingredients can be layered on top or served on the side.
