Snap Pea Chicken Salad

SERVINGS: 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
4 dozen sugar snap peas 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained ½ cup mayonnaise 1 celery stalk, diced Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Use paring knife to cut opening slit in each sugar snap pea. Remove peas.
2. In bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise and diced celery.
3. Stuff each pea pod with chicken salad. Serve peas on the side. Serves 12.
