INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® Taco Meats Beef Crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream, diced tomatoes, avocado and salsa, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 350°F. Turn 1 regular-size muffin pan upside down; lightly spray bottoms of 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
 
2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Using rolling pin, carefully roll each biscuit until about 4 inches in diameter.
 
3. Place each biscuit over 1 inverted muffin cup; gently mold dough to form cup shape. Bake 15 minutes and let cool.
 
4. Heat taco meat according to package directions. Place ¼ cup of beef crumbles in each cup.
 
5. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with optional ingredients like sour cream, diced tomatoes, avocado and salsa.
