DIRECTIONS


1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
2. In small saucepan, over medium heat, bring broth to a boil. Add noodles, bok choy and soy sauce and cook until bok choy is wilted.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add spinach, cilantro and basil.
5. Garnish with sprouts, lime wedge, and Sriracha sauce, if desired.
