natural flavors of the deli meats, carved chicken breast and bacon featured, the recipes and tips in the guide elevate the
breakfast and lunch experience with sweet, spicy and savory ingredients.
The innovative guide, created by the Hormel Foods Studio H kitchen, features tasty pairing suggestions and modern recipes
for turkey, ham, bacon, carved chicken breast and beef. The pairings include cheeses, beverages, fruits, vegetables, spices,
nuts, condiments and accompaniments. The recipes focus on sweet, zesty and ethnic flavors, such as the Turkey Bacon Sweet
Stack and the Canadian Bacon “Rosti” from Switzerland.
For the more adventurous, the guide offers details on how to recreate some of the suggested condiments, seasonings and
accompaniments from scratch, including Caribbean Chutney, Fiery Peanut Sauce and Chunky Cucumber-Red Pepper
