Ingredients:

  • 1 pound HORMEL® Deli Ham, sliced
  • 1/2 pound HORMEL® Deli Turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 hard rolls

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut rolls horizontally into thirds. Spread each cut surface with margarine or butter. Equally divide ham and turkey. Place ham on bottom third of each roll and top with middle section of roll. Top with turkey and then mozzarella cheese. Top with third section of rolls. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil. Using oven mitt, place wrapped sandwiches directly on oven rack. Heat for 15-20 minutes, until hot. NOTE You may choose to freeze these sandwiches for up to 1 month. After wrapping sandwiches, label them and place in freezer. To serve, place wrapped sandwiches on oven rack. Heat in 450° oven until sandwiches are hot (about 35 minutes). Serve with chicken noodle soup or a mixed greens salad with your favorite dressing.
