Ingredients:
- 1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon Carapelli Light Olive Oil
- 2 (9-ounce) packages refrigerated fettuccine
- 3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables
- 1 (10-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
Directions:
- In large skillet, sauté pork in oil until cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding vegetables during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain.
- In small saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce.
- In large serving dish, toss together fettuccine mixture, pork and Alfredo sauce.
Notes:
- Try using a combination of egg and spinach noodles in place of the fettuccine.
