Ingredients:

  • 12 slices Hormel® Maple Peppered bacon
  • 1 (12-inch) focaccia bread, sliced horizontally
  • 1/4 cup Carapelli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Herdez® Chipotle Peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 large leaves lettuce
  • 8 tomato slices
  • 8 ounces Hormel® Smoked Turkey, sliced
  • 8 slices smoked provolone cheese

Directions:
Cook bacon according to package directions. Drain. Drizzle cut sides of bread with olive oil. Broil six inches from heat source three to four minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and chipotle. Spread mixture on toasted bread. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, turkey, cheese and bacon on bottom half of bread. Cover with top bread half. To serve, slice into eight wedges.
