One-Pot Creamy Chicken and Noodles

Find your soup pot and get ready to have a new cold-weather favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 Herb-Ox® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan, bring water and bouillon to a boil over medium heat. Stir in noodles. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and onion. Cover; cook 5 minutes longer or until noodles are tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
  2. Add soup, cheese and milk to saucepan; mix well. Stir in chicken and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 4 to 5 minutes or until hot.

Notes:


  1. Replace the chicken with 2 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® chunk turkey or chunk lean ham, if you'd like. If using ham, omit the bouillon.
