Ingredients:

  • 1 package Hormel® Fresh Pantry® Peppered Bacon Pork Medallions
  • 1/2 pound sugar snap peas
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • Butter
  • Thyme and other fresh herbs

Directions:

  1. Prepare pork medallions according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, steam sugar snap peas until crisply-tender.
  3. In small skillet, melt butter. Add onion; sauté.
  4. In serving bowl, toss together peas, onion and herbs. Serve with pork.
