Ingredients:
- 1 package Hormel® Fresh Pantry® Peppered Bacon Pork Medallions
- 1/2 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 small red onion, chopped

Butter

Thyme and other fresh herbs
Directions:
- Prepare pork medallions according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, steam sugar snap peas until crisply-tender.
- In small skillet, melt butter. Add onion; sauté.
- In serving bowl, toss together peas, onion and herbs. Serve with pork.
