Marinate pork in jerk marinade according to package directions.

Remove pork from marinade. Place in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker; cover. Cook on LOW setting 8 hours or HIGH setting 4 to 5 hours or until tender.

Meanwhile, 30 minutes before pork is done, in saucepan, combine broth and coconut milk; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Cook 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Stir mango and lime peel into rice. Serve pork over rice. Garnish with toasted coconut and lime wedges.
