  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Corned Beef Hash
  • 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

    In large saucepan, cook onion in butter over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in hash, corn, soup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually blend in milk; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low; simmer chowder, stirring frequently, 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
