  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups Cure 81® Boneless Ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Paprika
Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    In large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cheese, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in corn, ham and onions.

    Pour egg mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
