Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 8x8-inch baking dish.

In bowl, combine chili, rice, eggs, chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce; mix well. Pour into baking dish.

Bake chili mixture 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set; cool. Cut into squares. Serve with sour cream, green onions and olives.
