Heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease 13x9-inch baking dish.

Lightly press biscuit dough into bottom and slightly up sides of baking dish. Bake 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in bowl, combine chili, franks, cheese and onion; mix well.

Spread chili mixture in baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is hot.

Cut casserole into squares; serve immediately. Top with additional shredded cheese, onion, relish, ketchup and mustard, if desired.
