  • 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in half
  • 1 small onion, cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 (17-ounce) package Hormel® Beef Roast Au Jus Entree

    In microwave-safe casserole, combine carrots, potatoes, onion and water; cover. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 6 minutes.
