  • 8 small baking potatoes, baked and cooled slightly
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Hormel® Real Bacon Bits

    Heat oven to 425ºF.

    Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato flesh, leaving 1/4-inch shells. Place potato shells on baking sheet. Top each half with cheese and bacon bits.

    Bake potato skins 5 to 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
