  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sliced or baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 6 slices Hormel® Fully Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • Pepper, to taste

    Prepare carrots according to package directions; drain.

    Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter. Add onions; sauté until tender. Stir in carrots, brown sugar, bacon and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
