  • 1 (27.2-ounce) package Hormel® Always Tender® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 12 Peloponnese® Kalamata Pitted Olives, cut into quarters
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Instructions

    Remove pork loin from package; reserve flavored juices. Slice pork loin into 1/2-inch pieces.

    In large skillet, cook pork and flavored juices over medium-low heat until lightly browned. Turn pork pieces over. Add remaining ingredients; cover.

    Reduce heat to low; cook until pork is done and orzo is tender.
