In large recloseable plastic food storage bag, combine all ingredients; seal bag. Shake to mix marinade ingredients and coat pork chops. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, 12 to 24 hours.

Remove pork chops from marinade; reserve marinade. In small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil.

Prepare grill for direct heat. Place grill rack 4 to 5 inches over medium coals; coat grill rack with cooking spray.

Place pork chops on grill rack; close grill. Grill, turning and brushing once with reserved marinade, 14 to 18 minutes or until pork is golden and center is slightly pink.
