  • 1 (1.7-pound) package Hormel® Always Tender® Teriyaki Beef Filet
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 ( ) cups fresh mushrooms
  • 1 ( ) cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • Olive oil

    Prepare grill for medium-hot coals.

    Cut beef filet into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Onto large metal skewers, alternately thread beef, bell pepper, mushrooms and pineapple. Brush lightly with oil.

    Grill kabobs, turning once, 12 minutes or until internal temperature of beef reaches 155ºF. for medium doneness.
