Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place 1 tortilla in skillet. Top half of tortilla with 1/4 each of ham, pear and cheese. Carefully fold unfilled half over filling.

Cook quesadilla 1 to 2 minutes or until bottom is just starting to brown. Gently press quesadilla together; carefully turn over. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until bottom is just starting to brown and cheese starts to melt. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
