  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 (1/4-inch-thick) slices Cure 81® Boneless Ham
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen creamed spinach
  • 4 large eggs

    In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add ham. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3 minutes.

    Meanwhile, microwave creamed spinach according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, turn ham slices over. Slide to one side of skillet. Break eggs into skillet next to ham. If skillet is dry, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Cover; cook until eggs are done as desired.

    Divide hot spinach soufflé evenly among 4 warm plates. Place 1 slice ham alongside soufflé. Top ham with 1 egg. Serve immediately.
