  • 1 tablespoon Cure 81® Boneless Ham, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into squares
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

    Prepare grill for medium coals.

    Alternately thread ham, bell peppers, tomatoes and pineapple onto each of 6 skewers. Baste with barbecue sauce.

    Grill kabobs, brushing frequently with barbecue sauce, 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes:

  1. These kabobs can also be broiled: Place kabobs on broiler pan; broil, turning and basting frequently, until lightly browned on all sides.
