  • 1 (15-ounce) can Hormel® Roast Beef Hash
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 4 fajita-size flour tortillas, heated
Instructions

    In skillet, cook hash according to package directions.

    In bowl, mix eggs, milk, oregano and chilies; add to hash. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is cooked.

    Spoon hash evenly over warm tortillas; roll up tortillas. Garnish as desired.
