Arrange meats and cheeses in outer edge tray compartments. Place crackers in center compartment.

Brush fruit lightly with egg whites. Transfer to wire rack set on wax paper. Sprinkle with sugar, using fingers to turn fruit, until lightly coated. Gently shake off excess sugar. Let fruit dry uncovered at room temperature about 2 hours.

Serve meats, cheeses and crackers with frosted fruit.
