Remove pork roast from package; reserve au jus. Prepare pork roast according to package directions.

In small skillet or saucepan, bring au jus to a boil; boil 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Stir in mustard.

Divide hot rice evenly among serving plates. Slice pork roast; serve over rice. Spoon au jus over pork.
