Heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease 9x9-inch baking dish.

In bowl, combine eggs, shredded cheese, cottage cheese, chilies, onion and bell pepper; mix well.

In separate bowl, combine hash and 1 cup egg mixture. Stir in breadcrumbs.

Spread hash mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Serve with salsa, if desired.
