  • 16 refrigerated cheese tortellini (about 1/2 cup)
  • 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese, cut into 16 cubes
  • 1 (3.5-ounce) package Hormel® Genoa Salami, slices folded in half and in half again
  • 16 Peloponnese® Pitted Kalamata Gourmet Black Olives
  • 1/3 cup Italian vinaigrette
Instructions

    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again.

    Onto 16 wooden picks, alternately thread cheese, salami, tortellini and olives.

    Place kabobs in baking dish; drizzle with vinaigrette. Refrigerate until serving time.
