  • 1/2 jar Peloponnese® Roasted Florina Sweet Pepper Strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 4 (6-inch) sub rolls, split
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 ounces Hormel® Cure 81® Sliced Ham
  • 16 slices Hormel® Pepperoni
  • 16 slices Hormel® Genoa Salami
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices Provolone cheese

    In small bowl, combine roasted peppers and red pepper flakes; mix well.

    Spread pesto evenly over bottom halves of rolls. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup lettuce. Layer ham, pepperoni and salami on lettuce. Top evenly with onion, cheese and roasted peppers. Cover with top halves of rolls.
