  • 1 1/2 pounds Hormel® Deli Turkey Breast
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 loaves French baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Peloponnese® Kalamata Olive Spread
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • Lettuce leaves

    Cook turkey according to package directions; slice thinly.

    Sprinkle tomato slices with marjoram and pepper.

    Cut baguettes in half lengthwise.

    Heat broiler.

    Broil baguette halves, cut-side-up, until lightly browned. Spread bottom halves with olive spread; spread top halves with mayonnaise.

    Arrange tomato slices on bottom halves of baguette. Top with turkey and lettuce. Cover with top halves of baguettes.
