  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 8 ounces Hormel® Chunk Breast of Chicken
  • 1 (5-ounce) can Hormel® Chunk Ham, drained and flaked
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI'S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium 24 oz
  • 1/2 cup cooked medium shrimp
  • 6 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas

    Cook rice according to package directions, using broth instead of water and adding Creole seasoning. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Wrap rice mixture in tortillas to serve.
