  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3 HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Roast flavored chicken breasts
Instructions

    Heat oven to 350ºF.

    In small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, chives and cayenne; mix well.

    Carefully cut horizontally three-fourths of way through center of each chicken breast, creating pocket. Lift flap; fill each pocket with yogurt mixture. Place in baking dish.

    Spoon remaining yogurt mixture over chicken breasts. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
