  • 1 Hormel® Always Tender® Original Center Cut Pork Loin Filet, sliced into 1-inch-thick medallions
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 4 (1/3-inch-thick) slices
  • 1 large tomato, cored and cut into 4 slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into 1/4-inch rings
  • 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    In lightly oiled large skillet, brown pork medallions over medium-high heat 4 minutes. Turn medallions over; season with salt and black pepper. Top each with 1 slice onion and 1 slice tomato. Top with bell pepper rings.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; add wine to skillet. Cover; simmer slowly 15 minutes or until pork medallions are no longer pink.
