  • 1 package Hormel® Always Tender® Roast Flavored Pork
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin rings
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin rings
  • 6 Kaiser rolls with sesame seeds, split and toasted
  • 6 (1-ounce) slices sharp Cheddar cheese

    Prepare grill for smoking.

    Smoke pork 18 to 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

    Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper 8 minutes or until softened and onion is slightly golden.

    Slice smoked pork into 1/4-inch slices.

    Layer bottom halves of rolls evenly with cheese, pork and sautéed vegetables. Cover with top halves of rolls.
