  • 6 cups cubed peeled baking potatoes
  • 2 cups Hormel® Chunk Lean Ham
  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Instructions

    In bowl, combine potatoes, ham, corn and onion; mix well.

    In small bowl, combine soup, milk, flour and pepper; stir until smooth. Pour over potato mixture; stir gently to mix.

    Spoon potato mixture into 3- to 4-quart slow cooker; cover. Cook on LOW setting 7 to 9 hours or until potatoes are tender.
