  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 pound Hormel® Always Tender® Peppercorn Flavored Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1 (4.25-ounce) can CHI-CHI'S® Diced Green Chilies, drained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

    In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and onion; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is tender and flavors are blended. Sprinkle with parsley.
