Brush small amount of mustard on each slice bread. Layer ham, turkey and cheese on each of 4 slices bread. Cover with remaining slices bread.

In shallow bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Dip both sides of each sandwich in egg mixture.

On griddle or in skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat until butter is melted. Add sandwiches. Cook, turning once, until browned and cheese is melted.

Sprinkle warm sandwiches with powdered sugar. Cut sandwiches into triangles. Serve with cream cheese.
