  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans Hormel® Chunk Turkey, drained and flaked
  • 12 slices red and/or green apple
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

    Heat broiler.

    Place bread on broiler pan.

    In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly on each slice bread.

    Broil bread 1 minute; remove from oven. Top with turkey, apple and cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

    Drizzle each sandwich with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
