  • 1 (7-ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans Hormel® Chili No Beans
  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

    In large skillet, melt butter. Add bell pepper and onion; cook until tender. Add chili, corn, seasoned salt and black pepper. Simmer over low heat 5 minutes.

    Stir macaroni into skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover skillet; cook 5 minutes.
